Exchanges and returns for orders placed on the DIDONE DESIGN online store are accepted within 15 consecutive days from the date of delivery (to the client or a designated third party, excluding the carrier).
Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags, packaging, accessories, and any included documents. Any item that has been worn, washed, damaged, incomplete, or has any odor will be refused.
In case of a return, the customer has two options:
- A store credit valid for 1 year to be used on our online store,
- Or a refund, processed within 15 days after we receive and approve the returned product(s), via the same payment method used during purchase.
We do not accept exchanges or returns for individual items swapped for a different model, as our products are sold only as full sets.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of order error or defective products. However, the shipping costs for sending the replacement item will be covered by DIDONE DESIGN.
DIDONE DESIGN is not responsible for misuse or improper care of the items. Please refer to the “Care & Maintenance” section to ensure the longevity of your pieces.
– Exchange Process:
You have 15 consecutive days from the date of delivery to request an exchange.
To do so, go to your Customer Account and submit your exchange request. Then return the item to the sender’s address, making sure to include your name and order number inside the package.
Exchanges are only possible for the same model, with a change in size or color, provided the item has the same value.
If you would like to exchange for a different model or price, you must first return the original item and then place a new order on our website.
We do not accept exchanges or returns for individual items swapped for another model, as our
products are sold exclusively as full sets.
Please ensure all returned items are complete, with their original tags, packaging, and accessories, in line with our general terms.
For exchanges from outside the European Union, DIDONE DESIGN is not responsible for any customs delays or fees, which remain the customer’s responsibility.
– Return Process:
You have 15 consecutive days from the date of delivery to return the full set to the indicated return address.
To initiate the return, log into your Customer Account and follow the instructions. Then send the package to our return address, making sure to include your name and order number inside the parcel.
The refund will be processed within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), using the same payment method as the original purchase.
