Your most frequently asked questions

Our bikinis are sold as complete sets, so it’s not possible to purchase individual pieces separately.

If an item is marked as sold out, we will do our best to make it available again as soon as possible. It may also become available if returned by another customer.
To be notified when the item is back in stock, simply select your desired size(s) on the product page, enter your email address in the designated field, and click on “Notify me when back in stock.”

Once your order is completed, a confirmation email with your purchase summary is automatically sent to the email address you provided. If you haven’t received it within 24 hours, please check your spam/junk folder.
If it’s not there, it may be due to a typo in your email address or a technical issue . In that case, feel free to contact our customer support at info@didonedesign.com — we’ll be happy to assist you.

If your order is still being processed and hasn’t been shipped yet, you can request a modification or cancellation by emailing us at info@didonedesign.com.
Once the order has been shipped, no changes or cancellations can be made.
However, you may refer to our Exchanges & Returns section, as you have 15 consecutive days
to return the item.

Our product photos are taken in high quality to give you a clear and accurate view of each item. However, screen settings (such as brightness, contrast, or color temperature) may slightly alter how colors appear. We do our best to ensure faithful representation, but small differences in shade may occur depending on your device.

All our products undergo strict quality control before being shipped. However, if you receive a defective item, we sincerely apologize.
Please contact us at info@didonedesign.com, including your order number and a photo of the item, so that our team can review the issue.
If the item is confirmed to be defective, you’ll have several options:

  • Immediate exchange: We’ll send you a replacement at no cost. You’ll need to return the defective item within 15 consecutive days.
  • Item unavailable? You can choose another model or receive store credit equivalent to the item’s value. Shipping is free in both cases.
  • Prefer a return? That’s possible too, but in this case, return shipping fees are your responsibility.
