By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the User declares:

Access to and use of the Website grant any individual the status of a User (hereinafter, the “User”) and imply full and complete adherence to these Terms and Conditions.

The Website owner reserves the right to modify, at any time and without prior notice, the content, services, structure, and visual configuration of the Website, including these Terms and Conditions. Access to the Website is free, excluding any connection fees charged by the User’s Internet service provider or telecommunications operator.

In general, access to the Website’s content and services does not require prior registration. However, the User may choose to create an account to facilitate navigation and usage.
The information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and regularly updated. The registered User is solely responsible for the confidentiality of their password and any consequences resulting from its use, loss, disclosure, or transmission to third parties.
Any access to restricted areas of the Website or use of services via a User’s credentials will be deemed to have been made by that User, who assumes full responsibility.

The User undertakes not to engage in any illegal activities or infringe on third-party rights, especially concerning intellectual property, data protection, or other applicable norms.

The User guarantees ownership of such content and agrees to indemnify DIDONE DESIGN for any third-party claims or damages arising from infringement.

Images and Product Availability
Users are encouraged to report any issues or errors found on the Site.
Users are also advised to carefully verify the product name and specifications before placing any order.
All product orders are subject to availability.
Purchase Process
The procedure for purchasing products through the Online Store on the Website is as follows: Start by selecting the product you wish to purchase, then choose the desired size/color/quantity and click the “Add to Cart” button under each product.
In the cart, the User must click on “Next” or “Checkout” after reviewing the products in the cart. At the next step, the User must either create an account or simply log in to enter their address in order to ensure correct delivery of the order. Then, click on the “Place Order” button.
If you have a discount code or a gift coupon, it must be entered in the cart in the field marked “Coupons.” If the code is not entered in the specified field and the order is confirmed without applying the discount, the User will not be able to request the discount afterwards.
In the “Shipping” section, the User will see the name of the courier company responsible for delivering the order within the expected timeframe, as well as the shipping cost, which will be added to the total order amount. Click “Continue.” Select one of the available payment methods. Finally, click on the “Secure Payment” button. The User will receive an order confirmation message on screen and by email at the address provided.
Prices and Payment Methods
All prices include VAT unless otherwise indicated.
Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, PayPal, credit card (VISA, VISA Electron, Maestro, Mastercard), Service Payment, or Cash on Delivery (if available).
For bank transfers, the confirmation email will include account details. Orders are processed after full payment.
Bank transfer orders are valid for 48 hours. After this period, product availability or prices may change.
Shipping and Returns
Products purchased by the User will be shipped via a delivery service selected by DIDONE DESIGN. Shipping fees will be charged to the customer if specified prior to the completion of the order; otherwise, they will be covered by DIDONE DESIGN.
Orders will be delivered to the address provided by the User in the order form. DIDONE DESIGN cannot be held responsible in the event of delivery failure due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the User, or in cases where delivery cannot be completed due to circumstances beyond the control of the delivery service, such as the absence of the recipient.
Order processing may take up to 48 business hours. Delivery will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within a maximum of ten (10) business days from the confirmation of the order.
Exchanges are accepted if requested within 15 days from the shipping date. The product must show no signs of use and must be returned in its original packaging. Any item that has been used beyond a simple try-on will not be eligible for return or exchange. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, DIDONE DESIGN reserves the right to refuse the exchange if the return conditions are not met. Exchanges will be processed within 3 to 5 business days after receipt.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. However, the shipping costs for the replacement product will be covered by DIDONE DESIGN.
If an exchange is not possible, the User may choose another item with similar characteristics or, as a last resort, request a refund of the purchase amount.
International Shipping
Deliveries to Europe are made within 3 to 8 business days. Deliveries to the rest of the world are completed within 3 to 10 business days.
Product prices may be displayed in various currencies, but all orders will be processed in Euros by your bank upon checkout.
For purchases made in a currency other than Euro, the amount displayed during the checkout process is only an estimate of the final value, based on the latest exchange rates, and does not include any applicable taxes, customs duties, fees, or charges.
Severability Clause
If any provision of these Terms is declared null or unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in full force and effect as if the invalid clause had never been included.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Portugal.
